RetireLex grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your personal use. You may access the form via contact.php to get in touch with our team.

3.1 Legal Services

Professional legal consultations and document preparation for seniors. Scheduling adjustments are permitted up to 48 hours before an appointment. Once a consultation or preparation is complete, no refund is available due to the time invested by our experts.

3.2 Information Products

Digital guides and courses tailored for senior legal awareness. Eligible for a refund request within 30 days of purchase if not satisfied. We will process your refund through the original payment channel within 15 business days.

3.3 Physical Goods

Printed materials and toolkits shipped to your address. You may request a refund within 14 days of delivery for unopened items. After approval, we will handle the reimbursement via the original payment channel within 20 business days. Shipping fees may be deducted from the reimbursement.

4. Refund Policy

At RetireLex, we aim for customer satisfaction and offer different refund guidelines depending on the service type you purchase:

• Legal Services: No refund once services are delivered to ensure fairness to our legal professionals. You may reschedule an appointment if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
• Information Products: Full reimbursement if you submit a request within 30 days of purchase. Reimbursement will be processed through your original payment channel within 15 business days.
• Physical Goods: Items must be unopened and in original condition. Submit your request within 14 days of delivery. Approved cases will receive reimbursement minus shipping fees via your original payment channel within 20 business days.
